Telehealth

For the foreseeable future, all psychology services will be conducted via telehealth. Find out more about our telehealth service.

The clinic is currently not accepting any bulk billing referrals (i.e., we do not have any ‘no out of pocket’ places available, except through special request to the practitioner).

Our clinic puts people and client recovery first, and has a fee schedule that is currently considerably lower than recommended by the Australian Psychology Society, and is also lower than the majority of private clinical psychology practices.

As of July 2026, Standard Clinical Psychology 50 min Consultations are $225 (with a standard Medicare rebate of $149.05). This means that out-of-pocket fees where clients have a valid Medicare Mental Health Plan are $75.95 per session.

Concession Rate Consultations may be available upon request and discussion with your treating practitioner and will generally be set at $190 as of 1st July 2026 (with a Medicare rebate of $149.05, our of pocket fee is $40.95) 

Please note, there is an initial booking fee of $30 to secure your first consult. This amount that you have paid in advance is then deducted from your first appointment fee, charged after your first appointment. This ensures we cover our initial administration fee and you have your first appointment secured.
